The Franco Center Apartments, a modern multi-storied Senior complex, is located in beautiful historic downtown Stockton just east of the Stockton Police Facility.
Since 1968, the Franco Center (originally the Lee Center) has been providing affordable housing for income eligible seniors.
The Franco Center offers spacious Studio, One and Two bedroom apartments. Each unit is newly renovated and has large beautiful windows.
Each apartment comes equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator/freezer, and a radiant heat and cooling system. They also have a large, full bathroom and generous closet space.
Each unit is pre-wired for telephone and cable service. Water, sewer and garbage are all included at no additional cost to the resident.
A laundry facility is available for residents use on the fourth floor. Refuse chutes are conveniently located on every floor.
