The Franco Center Apartments, a modern multi-storied Senior complex, is located in beautiful historic downtown Stockton. Just east of the Stockton Police Facility. Since 1968, the Franco Center (originally the Lee Center) has been providing affordable housing for income eligible seniors. The Franco Center offers spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Each unit is newly renovated and has large beautiful windows.
