Waiting List Information
There are two types of affordable housing with Waiting Lists managed by the Housing Authority:
Subsidized
Subsidized programs offer rental assistance based upon income.
Non-Subsidized
Non-Subsidized properties offer affordable, market-rate rents.
Closed Waiting List
The Housing Choice Voucher Program (formally Section 8) waiting list was closed on October 24, 2009 and Pre-Applications are not being accepted.
Open Waiting Lists
Pre-Applications are currently being accepted for the following subsidized affordable housing programs:
Public Housing Developments
- Conway Homes (Stockton, CA)
- Sierra Vista Homes (Stockton, CA)
- Tracy Homes (Tracy, CA)
- Buthmann Homes (Tracy, CA - Elderly only 62+)
- Mokelumne Manor (Thornton, CA)
