| The Finance Department is comprised of the Director of Finance, Senior Accountant, Accounting Specialist and two Accounting Clerks. The Finance Department is responsible for all financial activities of the Authority including accounting, monitoring investments, budget development, financial reporting, audit coordination, managerial reporting, governmental compliance, and participation in a variety of other projects critical to the Housing Authority’s operations. |

Ms. Melinda Hazard has over 18 years of experience in the affordable housing arena including non-profit administration and fair housing.
As Director of Finance, Ms. Hazard oversees the finance department and all accounting functions for the Housing Authority’s programs including the Housing Choice Voucher Program, Public
Housing, Migrant programs and non-assisted rental properties. Ms. Hazard is dedicated to working in an arena that supports and provides affordable housing solutions.
