The Board of Commissioners’ meetings are held in the Commissioners’ Board Room of the Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin at 421 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95203

The Clerk of the Board is responsible for the following duties:

- Maintain Roster of Board of Commissioners.
- Prepare Board of Commissioners’ Agendas and Minutes.
- Attend all regular and special meetings of the Board, and
maintain an accurate record of the proceedings of the Board.
- Keep a record of all written Resolutions adopted by the Commission
in such a manner that the information contained therein will be readily
accessible to the public.
- Keep all other records of Commission proceedings in such a manner that the information contained therein
will be readily accessible to the public until such time as any of them are purged in accordance with State law.
- Custodian of the seal of the Housing Authority.
- Receive and process Public Records requests.
